Avery is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a background in bodybuilding and dance. She loves all kinds of movement and is constantly challenging herself and trying new things! After being diagnosed with a chronic illness at the age of 19 that forced her to put her life on hold, she was inspired to fight her illness by making permanent lifestyle changes. Through healthy diet and regular exercise, Avery is able to stay in remission and enjoy life to the fullest. Her motto is, “exercise is the best medicine.” Her positive attitude and high energy provide a fun and exciting class environment, and her education in both Exercise Science & Psychology make her a well-rounded trainer that educates and motivates. Avery is passionate about health and wellness, and understands that fitness is an on-going process that takes dedication and patience. She knows what it’s like to feel weak, tired and out of shape.
